General Service Agreement

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. The exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S.A. or appropriate state court sitting in Fairfax County, Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to reasonably effect the intention of the parties.
Dispute Resolution
You andFedScore.com jointly agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim between us arising out of or relating in any way to this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in a mutually agreeable location or, if no location is agreed upon, in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect when arbitration of the dispute, controversy, or claim is first requested. The Client andFedScore.com agree that the choice of laws in any such dispute, controversy, or claim, will be the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, that courts in Northern Virginia shall have personal jurisdiction over both parties, and that court action on any such dispute, controversy, or claim can only be brought and heard in a court in Northern Virginia.
Waiver
No Waiver by either us or you of any breach or default under this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default here under.
Consent to Transfer
www.FedScore.com is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of The United States please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to The United States. By using www.FedScore.com, participating in any of our services, and/or providing www.FedScore.com with your information, you consent to this transfer. The information you provide may also be transferred to other parts of the www.FedScore.com network, our affiliates, or our partners outside of The United States in order to provide the information or service you have requested.
